*Ginger: Anti-inflammatory, antiviral, helps with stomach upsets, respiratory issues, circulatory stimulant and menstrual cramps.
*Cardamom: Digestive issues, aphrodisia 😳
*Coriander: Gas, bloating, cramps, helps settle a nervous stomach.
*Cinnamon: Stabilizes blood sugars, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, heart friendly, and anti-inflammatory.
*Peppercorns: Helps with stomach/digestive issues.
